We understand that travel plans can change, and while we hate to see you go, we aim to make canceling your reservation as easy and stress-free as possible.
Trip cancellations are now simpler than ever, allowing you to preview any applicable charges instantly. If you would rather modify your reservation instead of canceling, please use our Contact Us Form, and our team will assist you promptly.
Our cancellation terms are designed to respect both our team’s time and the needs of our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are difficult to fill, and late or no notice may prevent someone else from booking that service.
Please review our cancellation and refund policies carefully before proceeding with your booking.
We understand that your travel plans may change, and cancellations can happen. Please notify us as soon as you realize you will be unable to travel with Airlyft Pickups, and we will take care of it.
Submit your cancellation request below before your scheduled trip, and your request will be processed promptly.
Any other changes to your transfer details (e.g., flight delays, number of passengers, luggage, etc.) must be requested through our Contact Us Form prior to the date of travel. Additional costs may apply, and changes will only take effect once confirmed with you by email.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation where these steps are not followed, and a 50% non-refundable trip charge will be applied.
If you fail to cancel your reservation or are a “no-show”, you will be billed the full cost of your scheduled trip.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your ride. If this occurs, you will receive a 100% refund, which will be processed within 14 days. Beyond the refund, we will have no further liability arising from such a cancellation.
However, we will make all reasonable efforts to help you find suitable alternatives for any confirmed booking that is canceled by us.
We understand that travel plans can sometimes be disrupted. If you anticipate being 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment, please notify us through our Contact Us Form
or contact your chauffeur directly.
We carefully schedule sufficient time for each transfer, and accommodating late arrivals can often be difficult without affecting other clients’ schedules. Please note that if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed on the same day or completed in full. In such cases, your transfer may need to be rescheduled for another day.
